From: Ethel Korol Sent: Wednesday, October 14, 2020 1:20 PM To: Mayor And Council Email mayorandcouncil@viewroyal.ca Subject: #9 Erskine Lane

The proposed development at #9 Erskine Lane will have a direct impact on my Unit as my backyard backs onto Erskine Lane. I will have to deal with traffic, noise, pollution and headlights when these vehicles leave this property. The dining area, kitchen, and two bedrooms, being at the back of my unit, will be greatly affected by this. A solid, large, high and thick hedge will help visually, but cannot eliminate the problems mentioned.

I realize the need for housing and the limited amount of land available, but this project is just too big for this property.
