Dear Mayor and Council,
I want to thank council for providing me with the opportunity to speak at the September 15 meeting. I would also like to thank Westurban for the changes they have made to their proposal. Although, I think this proposal is far superior to the initial proposal I still believe there is room for improvement. I would like to see building 3 set back further than is shown in the drawings. I still think that this project is too dense and buildings too high for this small piece of property and would like the buildings reduced to 4 stories. Finally and most importantly, I would like to see an entrance into this project off Watkiss Way to reduce the number of cars traversing Erskine Lane.
