ERSKINE LANE / WATKISS WAY AMENITIES
In light of the fact that several properties on Erskine Lane have been sold or have sales pending , we, the undersigned residents of Erskine Lane and Stoneridge Place, petition the Town of View Royal and Council to stipulate that any development on Erskine Lane, be required to provide:
- Controlled intersection at Watkiss Way & Erskine Lane (in place prior to construction starting at #7 or #9 Erskine)
- Sidewalk and bike lane down Erskine Lane (in place prior to construction starting at #7 or #9 Erskine Lane)
- Traffic calming measures on Erskine Lane (in place prior to construction starting at #7 or #9 Erskine Lane)
- 30 m border of mature trees be left along the perimeter of the property facing both Erskine Lane and Watkiss Way
- Designated community playground included in the #9 Erskine development
- Two levels of parking and sufficient visitor only parking on site to limit parking impacts on Watkiss Way and Erskine Lane
- Buildings adjacent to Erskine Lane and Watkiss Way be limited to three stories
