Please accept this email for your consideration in the Nov 17, 2020 Public Hearing regarding the rezoning of 9 Erskine Lane.
I, Dustin Lamoureux, am the owner of the neighbouring lot at 7 Erskine Lane. I strongly sport the proposed rezoning and development of the subject property at 9 Erskine Lane.
I believe it will bring much needed housing inventory to the View Royal area. I believe that the subject property is perfectly situated close to transportation routes, large employers, and offers great life-style and recreation opportunities for new residents.
The Town of View Royal has put considerable time and thought into developing its Official Community Plan. The proposed development certainly fits within the desired use of the Official Community Plan.
I urge council members to support the proposed project.
