  • Provides bus lay-by with passenger shelter, which eliminates the requirement for traffic to stop; while bus picks-up/drops-off passengers.
  • Offers aesthetically pleasing, architecturally articulated design.
  • Designed using high-quality materials with a focus on sustainability.
  • Provides a focal point for the northern gateway to View Royal featuring a corner plaza complete with extensive landscaping, rain garden, pergola, seating and community bicycle repair station.
  • Offers “eyes on the street” by way of townhouse front-doors located on street frontage.
  • Provides seniors with accessible units allowing for aging in place within their community.
  • Creates a completely “walkable” opportunity to services, shopping, three parks, YMCA, and Victoria General Hospital.
  • Supports local business by significantly increasing customer base for the stores and services at Eagle Creek Village Shopping Center and local restaurants.

The Development

  • Resident amenities support alternate transportation modes including $500 rebates on electric bikes, e-bike charging, EV charging, and car share services.
