DRAFT AMENDMENT TO MUNICIPAL TICKET INFORMATION BYLAW NO. 643, 2007
RECOMMENDATION:
THAT Council give first, second and third readings to Municipal Ticket Information Bylaw No. 643, 2007, Amendment Bylaw No. 841, 2013.

I concur with the recommendation.
PURPOSE OF REPORT:
To amend Schedule 2 of the Municipal Ticket Information bylaw.
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION:
The attached draft bylaw amendment (“Attachment A”) amends Schedule 2 in the Municipal Ticket Information bylaw.
Schedule 2 of the bylaw will be amended to allow for the provision of tickets to be issued when recreational vehicles are being used as a dwelling ($100); and the failure to obtain an annual secondary suite permit ($500).
RECOMMENDATION:
THAT Council give first, second and third readings to Municipal Ticket Information Bylaw No. 643, 2007, Amendment Bylaw No. 841, 2013.
