   Staff Recommendation: THAT Council receive the report dated June 14, 2013 from the Chief Administrative Officer titled “New Public Safety Building Financing Options”.

   8.2 COMMITTEE REPORTS a) From the Committee of the Whole meeting held June 11, 2013

   Recommendations:

   • M. Misek-Evans, Acting General Manager, Planning & Protective Services and J. Weightman, Planning Analyst, CRD, Re: Deer Management Strategy
     1. THAT the Committee recommend to Council that the Town of View Royal Council generally support the ten population reduction requests as presented by the CRD Deer Management Strategy Committee at the June 11, 2013 Committee of the Whole meeting. (COW-41-13)
   • Final 2012 Climate Action Revenue Incentive Program Report and BC Climate Action Charter Commitments
     1. THAT the Committee recommend to Council that staff be directed to prepare a report to Council for the purchase offsets for Green House Gas Emissions from 2012 municipal operations. (COW-42-13)

CLOSED MEETING RESOLUTION THAT there is a need to have a meeting closed to the public and persons other than the immediate members of Council, officers and employees of the Town, and those identified under Section 91 (2) of the Community Charter shall be excluded on the basis of Section 90 (1)(g) and Section 90 (2)(b) of the Community Charter.
