RECOMMENDATION:
THAT Council give first, second and third readings to Juan de Fuca Fees and Charges Bylaw No. 701, 2007, Amendment Bylaw No. 891, 2014.

I concur with the recommendation.
PURPOSE OF REPORT:
To present draft Amendment Bylaw No. 891, 2014 for first, second and third readings.
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION:
Annually, West Shore Parks and Recreation Society (WSPRS) submits proposed fees and charges for the upcoming year. The fees and charges set out in Schedules "A" and "B" of the attached Juan de Fuca Fees and Charges Bylaw No. 701, 2007, Amendment Bylaw No. 891, 2014 (see Attachment "A") were accepted by the West Shore Parks and Recreation Society Board of Directors on April 10, 2014 and have been referred to the member municipalities, including View Royal, for enactment as a bylaw.
RECOMMENDATION:
THAT Council give first, second and third readings to Juan de Fuca Fees and Charges Bylaw No. 701, 2007, Amendment Bylaw No. 891, 2014.
