Correspondence: Limona Group letter regarding Phased DP

RE: Environmental Development Permit – 2427 Chilco Rd. (Thetis Vale Ph. 7)

We understand that you are preparing an Environmental Development Permit for the above described property and it is scheduled to go to Council at its next meeting.

As we discussed at our meeting yesterday our agreement with the owner of the property requires that we establish a separate lot for his existing home on the site and we need to do this subdivision ASAP to meet the requirements in our purchase agreement. Our surveyor is presently preparing a subdivision plan for the property and we hope to be able to submit it for your consideration within the week.

Because of the urgency for Limona to complete the subdivision we request that you consider the Environmental Development Permit in two phases so our subdivision is not delayed and we understand conditions for the Permit.
