TOWN OF VIEW ROYAL BYLAW NO. 876

A BYLAW TO CLOSE TO ALL TYPES OF TRAFFIC AND REMOVE THE DEDICATION OF HIGHWAY FOR ALL OF “HISTORIC ROAD”

The Council of the Town of View Royal, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

  1. This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as “Road Closure and Removal of Highway Dedication – Historic Road, Bylaw No. 876, 2014”.

  2. The entirety of the highway labeled as “Historic Road” and marked with “Subject Area” on the plan attached to this Bylaw as Schedule “A” is hereby stopped up and closed to traffic of all kinds and the dedication of such highway is hereby removed.

  3. The Mayor and Clerk are authorized to execute all documents and plans necessary to implement the power and authority exercised by this Bylaw, and the Clerk is authorized to affix the seal of the corporation to documents and plans where necessary.
