TOWN OF VIEW ROYAL BYLAW NO. 907
A BYLAW TO AMEND ZONING BYLAW No. 900, 2014 WITH RESPECT TO THE CD-1 COMPREHENSIVE DEVELOPMENT ZONE AND 100 ALDERSMITH PLACE
The Council of the Town of View Royal, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:
This Bylaw may be cited as "Zoning Bylaw No. 900, 2014 Amendment Bylaw No. 907, 2014".
Schedule "A" of Zoning Bylaw No. 900, 2014 , is amended as follows:
a. By adding the following to Section 11.1.1 Principal Uses: "t) Daycare, Large"
b. By adding the following to Section 11.1.2 Conditions of Use: "e) Daycare, Large use is permitted only on the properties legally described (and addressed) as follows:
- Strata Lots A, B, and C, Plan VIS4586 Together With an Interest in the Common Property in proportion to the Unit Entitlement of the Strata Lot as shown on Form 1 (100 Aldersmith Place)"
