BUSINESS ARISING FROM PREVIOUS MINUTES a) Advisory Committee Structure Review – For Information THAT the report dated June 4, 2014 from the Director of Corporate Administration be received for information; AND THAT the Advisory Committees move to a task oriented approach; AND THAT Advisory Committee recommendations tracking sheets be provided to the respective Advisory Committees; AND THAT the Advisory Committees report directly to Council; AND FURTHER THAT input via social media on projects and initiatives be encouraged where these tools would be appropriate.
b) Advisory Committee Scope – For Discussion THAT the July 7, 2014 document prepared by Councillor Rast entitled “Advisory Committee Scope” be referred to the Advisory Committees to collect feedback on the proposed tasks and restructuring to suit these tasks.
