To whom it may concern,
Regarding the boundary adjustment (subdivision) between Strata lots 10 and 11:
A proposal was sent to all owners in Strata 1707 in November 2 2020 that requested approval (or denial) on the following: Strata lot 10 (2675 Myra Place) and Strata lot 11 (2679 Myra Place) wish to enter into a boundary adjustment. The purpose of the adjustment is to enable strata lot 10 to construct an addition to their house which will include a garage.
The Strata Act requires a 75% approval on this request.
This letter is to advise the applicants that the request has been approved by 94% of the Strata lot owners.
