A BYLAW TO AMEND FEES AND CHARGES BYLAW NO. 958, 2016
The Council of the Town of View Royal, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:
CITATION
- This Bylaw may be cited as “Fees and Charges Bylaw No. 958, 2016, Amendment Bylaw No. 1089, 2022”.
AMENDMENTS
Fees and Charges Bylaw No. 958, 2016 is amended as follows:
in the “Engineering” table of Schedule A:
In Schedule A insert the following table for “Electric Vehicle Charging Stations – User Fees”
| Electric Vehicle Charging Stations – User Fees | Per hour fee for the first three hours | $1.00 | Per location |
| Per hour fee for each hour thereafter following the first three hours | $2.00 |
