Subject: CRD Board Resolution - Socially and Environmentally Responsible Investing

Good Afternoon,

At the Capital Regional District Board meeting of March 9, 2022 the following was resolved regarding Socially and Environmentally Responsible Investing;

1. That the amended CRD lnvestment Policy be adopted; and
2. That this staff report and the adopted CRD lnvestment Policy be forwarded to member municipalities for consideration.

As such, please see the following attachments;

A. Certified CRD Board Resolution of Agenda Item 6.6 from the March 9, 2022 meeting B. Excerpt from the CRD Board Agenda with item 6.6 and links to the staff report and appendices including the amended CRD Investment policy.
