  • Mill Hill Regional Park
    • 71.33 ha (176.25 acres
  • Owned/managed by CRD
  • Opportunity to increase Mill Hill Regional Park with 4 TVR properties
  • CRD Parks well-equipped to manage/maintain the undeveloped, forested, steep terrain
  • LTA, s 219 covenant – use only for park purposes, protect/preserve substantially in their natural state, manage and maintain as part of regional park system
