Townhouse Units

  • Set back from local street shall be a minimum of 15'-0"
  • Set back from property lines shall be a minimum of 6'-0"
  • Outdoor living areas, privacy zones, & amenity space shall conform to Central Mortgage & Housing Corporation where required.
  • 150% parking shall be provided as a minimum requirement
  • Existing trees within 5'-0" of the building perimeter may be removed. All other trees to remain except by written approval from Aske Const.
  • Landscaping will be required for all areas
