Townhouse Units
- Set back from local street shall be a minimum of 15'-0"
- Set back from property lines shall be a minimum of 6'-0"
- Outdoor living areas, privacy zones, & amenity space shall conform to Central Mortgage & Housing Corporation where required.
- 150% parking shall be provided as a minimum requirement
- Existing trees within 5'-0" of the building perimeter may be removed. All other trees to remain except by written approval from Aske Const.
- Landscaping will be required for all areas
