  • EXISTING BUILDING TO BE RELOCATED AND MODIFIED TO PROVIDE MEETING ROOMS AND RECREATIONAL AREAS WITH KITCHEN AND WASHROOM FACILITIES.
  • EXTERIOR WALLS AND ROOF TO BE REFINISHED WITH MATERIALS COMPATIBLE TO THE DEVELOPMENT AS A WHOLE.
