A BYLAW TO AMEND THE ZONING BYLAW WITH RESPECT TO CREATING THE CD-27: COMPREHENSIVE DEVELOPMENT (GLENTANA VILLAGE) ZONE
The Council of the Town of View Royal, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:
This Bylaw may be cited as "Zoning Bylaw No. 900, 2014, Amendment Bylaw No. 1101, 2022”.
Zoning Bylaw No. 900, 2014 is hereby amended by adding the following as Section 13.27:
“13.27 CD-27: Comprehensive Development (Glentana Village)
13.27.1. General Conditions and Regulations
a) The CD-27 zone shall consist of six sub-zones (Sub-zones A, B, C, D, E and F) with different regulations and conditions for each sub-zone. b) Where there is a discrepancy between the wording set out in the General Conditions from those set out in each sub-zone, the wording and meaning of the General Conditions shall apply. c) Where there is a discrepancy between the wording and meaning in this zone and the wording set out in other parts of this bylaw, the wording of the CD-27 zone shall apply. d) Secondary suites are not permitted. e) The minimum parking requirement for a Detached, Residential use is one parking space per dwelling unit.

- Schedule "B" Zoning Map referred to in Section 1.7 of Zoning Bylaw, 2014, No. 900, is amended by amending the zoning and zoning boundaries for the lands which are subject to CRD Bylaw 421 (Glentana Village Land Use Contract) and are addressed and as shown outlined on the sketch plan of attached hereto and forming part of this Bylaw as Schedule ‘1’ is established as follows: a. The lands as shown outlined on the sketch plan of attached hereto and forming part of this Bylaw as Schedule ‘1’ are zoned CD-27: Comprehensive Development (Glentana Village) and further assigned to subzones as identified in Schedule ‘1’.
