Pursuant to Section 146 of the Local Government Act I, Ken Schaalje, Chief Election Officer for the Town of View Royal do hereby declare elected, Sid Tobias, who received the highest number of valid votes for the Office of Mayor in the 2022 Town of View Royal General Local Election.
