Site Plan Annotations

  • Planting along west building face features a mixture of native and adaptive shrubs, ferns and ornamental grasses. Planting is contained within two tiers of low terraced planters.
  • 3 - Vine Maple trees along west building face
  • Decorative concrete pavers inset in concrete banding at main building entrance. Entry features low-level round lights for wayfinding, installed flush with concrete surface.
  • Bicycle parking (6 stalls)
  • 2 - Japanese Stewartia trees flank the main building entry
  • Trellises over parkade exit stairs support twining vines (Typ.)
  • 2 - Japanese Snowbell trees along west building face
  • Landscape boulders placed in planting bed as needed to retain slope
