Site Plan Annotations
- Planting along west building face features a mixture of native and adaptive shrubs, ferns and ornamental grasses. Planting is contained within two tiers of low terraced planters.
- 3 - Vine Maple trees along west building face
- Decorative concrete pavers inset in concrete banding at main building entrance. Entry features low-level round lights for wayfinding, installed flush with concrete surface.
- Bicycle parking (6 stalls)
- 2 - Japanese Stewartia trees flank the main building entry
- Trellises over parkade exit stairs support twining vines (Typ.)
- 2 - Japanese Snowbell trees along west building face
- Landscape boulders placed in planting bed as needed to retain slope
- Clusters of Columnar Emerald Cedar shrubs provide screening along east and south building face
