General Construction Notes

Curtain Drains: Covenant for curtain drains to be tied into house system (TYP).

Thrust Blocks: Use joint restraints at common bend locations instead of thrust blocks as per CRD 1.9 & 1.10.
Mechanical Engineering: Size and location of the Fire Department Connection (FDC) to be determined based on FDC connection by the building mechanical engineer.
