As a valued property owner within Colwood’s town centre – the Gateway and Wale Road (Triangle Lands) area – we are reaching out for any additional input you may have on the (draft) Gateway & Triangle Lands Vision and Action Plan. Over the last six months we have invited landowners to participate in design charette workshops where we were interested to hear about their experiences and vision for the area between Island Highway, Wale Road and Goldstream Avenue, and how it could become a thriving, pedestrian friendly centre where people want to spend time. Input from recent workshops has guided development of the (draft) Gateway & Triangle Lands Vision and Action Plan.
We’d like to hear your thoughts on the draft Vision and Action Plan as we collectively work towards creating a thoughtfully designed town centre over 30 to 50 years.
