A BYLAW TO AMEND THE ZONING BYLAW WITH RESPECT TO AMENDING THE CD-12: COMPREHENSIVE DEVELOPMENT (ERSKINE LANE) ZONE

The Council of the Town of View Royal, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

  1. This Bylaw may be cited as "Zoning Bylaw No. 900, 2014, Amendment Bylaw No. 1093, 2022”.

  2. Zoning Bylaw No. 900, 2014 is hereby amended by deleting Sections 12.12.1 through to 12.12.10 and replacing with the following:

“12.12.1 Principal Uses a) Residential, Apartment

12.12.2 Accessory Uses a) Home Occupation

12.12.3 Conditions of Use a) The determination of the floor space shall not include areas of unenclosed sundecks or balconies, underground or concealed parking or the first 45m² of floor area allocated to above-ground garages or carports used for vehicle parking. b) Underground parking or concealed parking shall not be considered a building storey.
