  • Flow Control: Flow control manhole (details to be confirmed during detailed design).
  • Stormwater Storage: Stormwater storage tanks. Storage volume required = 25.1m³. (details to be confirmed during detailed design).
  • Sanitary Sewer: Proposed 200ø sanitary sewer service. Manhole to be installed on existing sanitary sewer, main downstream of manhole to be upsized if required.
  • Surface Treatment: See landscape / architect drawings for onsite surface treatment and pathways.
  • Proposed Building: Proposed Building (Six Storeys).
  • Project Boundary: Defined boundary surrounding the site.
