A relaxation to the back lot is required for a project to build a cover structure for the patio. Required setback is 6 meters, proposed building will be sited 2.1 meters from the back lot line; therefore, a relaxation of 3.9 meters is requested.
There is no variance required for the side lot (southeast side) since the required 1.2 meters do not need to go over

The hardship is not being allowed to build an addition that flows from the strict application of the setback and is peculiar to the property because of the location of the patio area and the shape of the lot.
