Good Morning,

Hope you are having a week so far! I am not sure which department this should go to so if you could please pass this on to the relevant person (events, sustainability, traffic, etc.) that would be great.

I just wanted to reach out to touch base about Fall Go By Bike Week. The fall event runs from October 3rd – 9th, with both morning and afternoon stations on the weekdays (October 3 – 7) and I wondered if View Royal might be interested in sponsoring a Celebration Station? We are always getting asked to do more Celebration Stations in your area so it would be great to have View Royal represented this fall. You would have naming rights to the station, choose the location, and a variety of other along will all the benefits associated with sponsoring a station. I have attached the Sponsorship Package for your reference. Please note that the spring Celebration Station visits for the spring were 4000+, which is up 2000 people from 2021 fall numbers. We also have over $15,000 in prizes for the fall event!

This spring we counted over 4000 station visits during the spring week which was a huge turnout, and we are hoping for comparable numbers for the fall.

I only have 5 locations still available, both morning and afternoons.
