Notice of Contravention of Bylaw
TAKE NOTICE that a building or structure (“Building”) constructed on the land described hereinafter is in contravention of the Town of View Royal Building Bylaw No. 1111, 2023 and British Columbia Building Code, Ministerial Order NO. BA 2018 1 enacted under section 3 of the Building Act, SBC 2015, c. 2, which contraventions relate to the construction or safety of the Building.
The land upon which the Building is placed is located within the Town of View Royal in the Province of British Columbia and legally described as:

This notice is filed by the Town of View Royal in Victoria, BC under section 57 of the Community Charter of the 26th day of November, 2024.
