Hi Anna,

I will not be removing the sign as the structure has no occupancy and the public needs to be aware of this. A section 57 doesn’t negate my responsibility to deal with unsafe structures in the town.

Have a lovely day.

Hello Stephen,

With the Town Council unanimously voting to put a notice on title (section 57) on the 12 Vickery Road property, please remove the Do Not Occupy sign from the door. I believe the sign states that you are the only person who can remove this from the door. Also, please clean the horrible tape mess you left on our window.

Thank you, Anna
