  • all walls were poured at time of site visit. Client called for review AFTER pour.
  • poor cold joint from initial pass to second pass
  • in general concrete appears to be satisfactory
  • photos provided to office for rebar Monday April 19, 2021
  • cannot be determined that all rebar is in place per specification. few measurements provided
  • photos reveal that rebar is discontinuous in many places. There are no corner bars in several locations

  2. Additional work may be required to accommodate shearwall anchorage as rebar is not continuous
