I am writing to express my support for my neighbor, Jatinder Paul at 406 Creed Road, regarding their application to build/expand their deck on their property.
I am a long-time resident of View Royal, having lived at 418 Creed Road for nearly 30 years. I believe the proposed project will enhance their enjoyment of their property without causing any disruption to the neighborhood. It seems consistent with the character of the area and will not negatively impact privacy, noise levels, or property aesthetics. In fact, it will likely add to the overall appeal and value of the neighborhood.
I have no objections to this project and fully support Mr. Paul in their efforts to improve their home.
