Details of item to be added: Amend Variance Permit policies /bylaws: address gaps of service on site plans, description /report on application, notices for immediate neighbours. Ensure measured distances of structures to adjacent properties; images and descriptions of any impact upon most affected property: site plans / air photos give full context (tree locations, contours etc). Notice to neighbours when application is submitted to town to proactively inform and record feedback. Staff assessment shall include both "supportable" and "unsupportable" reasons reflecting area property and social aspects.. Special notification from Council to adjacent property owners -- Council wants to hear from them TOO. (provide additional information as an attachment if required)
