Details of Item to be Added: WHEREAS it would be beneficial to current elected officials with day jobs and the recruitment of future prospective candidates for elected positions,

AND WHEREAS it would be more convenient for the public to view the meetings online after regular working hours,

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT Section 35 b) of the Procedure Bylaw be amended to have Committee of the Whole Meetings commence at 5:00 p.m except for as provided for in Section 11.0
