The top five factors that respondents consider in permitting taller buildings are:
- 33% building and site design
- 29% density
- 23% building character/height transition
- 16% affordable housing
- 14% proximity to transportation
Themes – Future Business and Services
The top three responses for what businesses or services are desired in mixed-use developments are:
- 87% of respondents would like restaurants or cafes
- 82% of respondents would like health services (doctor office, clinic, labs)
- 64% of respondents would like a grocery store
Themes – Western Gateway Community Corridor
The top three responses that indicated how the Western Gateway Community Corridor should develop are:
- 51% of respondents said commercial and light industrial uses with some residential
- 18% of respondents said commercial and light industrial uses
- 10% of respondents said residential only
