Re: Variance to modify lot size
Dear Mayor and Council,
I am writing to request a variance to modify the lot size requirement for a specific level 3 home occupation license.
Variance to zoning bylaw no. 900, 2014, section 4.2.5b to reduce the minimum lot size for a level 3 home occupation from 1,000m2 to 995m2.
This request is for supplemental income.
