TOWN OF VIEW ROYAL BYLAW NO. 1160
A BYLAW TO AMEND THE ZONING BYLAW WITH RESPECT TO AMENDING THE CD-26: HELMCKEN/ISLAND HIGHWAY COMPREHENSIVE DEVELOPMENT ZONE
The Council of the Town of View Royal, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:
This Bylaw may be cited as "Zoning Bylaw No. 900, 2014, Amendment Bylaw No.1160, 2025”.
Zoning Bylaw No. 900, 2014 is hereby amended as follows:
i. By deleting Section 13.26.1 in its entirety and replacing it with the following:
“13.26.1 Principal Uses
- Café
- Medical Clinic
- Neighbourhood Grocery
- Personal Service Establishment
- Residential, Apartment
- Retail Store”
ii. By deleting Section 13.26.3 in its entirety and replacing it with the following:
“13.26.3 Conditions of Use
a. The following uses, with the exception of parking, may only be located on the first storey: (i) Café (ii) Medical Clinic (iii) Neighbourhood Grocery (iv) Personal Service Establishment (v) Retail
b. The daily hours of operation for the following uses are limited to between 6.00am and 10.00pm: (i) Café (ii) Medical Clinic (iii) Neighbourhood Grocery (iv) Personal Service Establishment (v) Retail
c. A minimum floor area of 150 m² on the first storey shall be allocated to a Café use.”
