Details of Item to be Added: This is notice that I will raise a motion requesting staff provide clarity around the Tree Protection Bylaw, in particular where there is a request to remove trees on Town property either by a developer or resident (due to roots causing damage or obstructing sightlines). In both these circumstances, I would like to clarify who is responsible for the cost of replacement, and who chooses the species and placement of the replacement trees on Town property.
