a) 2023 Consolidated Financial Statements and Audit Results

1. Report dated May 6, 2024 from the Director of Finance and Technology

The Director of Finance, and the auditor, C. Vanderhorst, gave presentations to Council regarding the 2023 consolidated financial statements and audit results.

Council, staff, and Mr. Vanderhorst discussed debt servicing, property tax prepayments and deferments, amortization of assets, the contract for auditing services, flexibility and vulnerability ratios, and Casino revenue.
