Details of Item to be Added: Add DCC Review as a separate budget line item in Five Year budget plan.
The Amenity Cost Charges bylaw is important but is no substitute to addressing the increasing housing pressures (needs assessment, strategy, provincial bills), the forthcoming OCP review and significant capacity infrastructure gaps revealed from master plan updates, coastal adaptation study, etc. IT is prudent to schedule and budget for this important revision since its likely to be a contract project.
