Details of Item to be Added: Given that the Town's funding to the Westshore Parks and Recreation Society (WPRS) and the Greater Victoria Public Library (GVPL) are large ticket items each year on the budget, I am proposing that more specific and detailed data on user satisfaction with these services be part of the budget survey to residents.
The expectation is that our reps on these boards will bring this feedback to the WSPRS and GVPL for consideration.
Suggested questions include level of satsifaction (on a scale), appetitie for services to be reduced, maintained, or increased (recognizing budget impacts), whether they make use of the services fully or partially, and if not, the reasons why.
