Dear View Royal Council,

My name is Oscar and I am nine years old. Thank you for considering painting rainbow crosswalks I walk to school every day and cross several roads on the way to school at View Royal elementary on Helmcken road. A rainbow crosswalk represents happiness, hope and a reminder that everyone belongs and a symbol of pride.
