Digital Literacy and Access
- Access to technology and the ability to operate that technology confidently impacts the well-being of our communities.
- From providing free access to WiFi, computers, streaming services, and other technology, to making available tools that assist those upskilling or looking for employment, we remain focused on creating more connections between information experts and the community.

Focused Community Building
- Public libraries are inclusive spaces, created equally for everyone in the community. Building relationships with partners that represent the diversity of our community continues to be our focus.
- Partnering with community groups to better serve vulnerable populations, i.e Our Place Society, Community Social Planning Council (ID Clinics), remains a priority.
