- There are four cooperatives
- Two behind Canadian Tire
- One across from Four Mile pub
- Then there is Pheasant Meadows
- There are other special purpose properties - CRD housing, potential other not for profit

What makes this a special opportunity

- We are a public amenity (we create genuine affordable housing)
- No one owns or gets wealthy off the cooperative model
- Two behind Canadian Tire
- One across from Four Mile pub
- Then there is Pheasant Meadows
- Proximity to public school, transit, park and Eagle Creek.
- We need one bedrooms so we can live an entire life cycle here
