A BYLAW TO AMEND DEVELOPMENT COST CHARGES BYLAW NO. 1011, 2019
The Council of the Town of View Royal, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:
- This Bylaw may be cited as “Development Cost Charges Bylaw No. 1011, 2019, Amendment Bylaw No. 1110, 2023”.
- Development Cost Charges Bylaw No. 1011, 2019, is hereby amended by removing Schedule “A” and replacing it with the Schedule “A” attached hereto and forming part of this Bylaw.
