Dear Stirling,
One of the families in our strata development, the Wiggins-Overtons, is submitting a Development Application to your office to build a garage on their property at 305 Anya Court. As Angela Caroline Wiggins is the current secretary of our strata and a co-owner of 305 Anya Court, she cannot sign this document. However, on behalf of the strata, we, the undersigned, support Angela Caroline Wiggins and David Vincent Overton’s application.
