Site Annotations and Features

Vegetative screening along east side of path: Featuring tall shrub plantings including Pacific rhododendron, Mexican mock orange, Evergreen huckleberry. Tall oregon grape and Japanese barberry prevents access to retaining wall.
Existing trees and understory: To be retained. Invasive species to be removed and understory to be restored with native shrubs where impacted.
Decorative concrete paver patios.
Rooftop garden features: Vine Maple trees (3) in a bed of shade adapted shrubs, ferns and ornamental grasses.
4 - New October Glory Red Maple trees.
Planting beds: Feature native and adaptive shrubs, ferns, and ornamental grasses.
Colored concrete banding at entry path.
3 - New Eastern Redbud trees.
Third floor planters adjacent to unit patios.
