Resident complaint about hospital employee and park-and-ride overflow parking on their street.

Hello its niel thompson again at 1344 pheasant lane, also I want to bring to your attention about parking on pheasant lane, as its just 2 townhouse complexes on this street, there is now absolutely no parking on it really ever at anytime of day , as the hospital employees park here all day and night, its also used as overflow parking from the park and ride, it should be no different than residential parking only in other places as james bay, oak bay saanich etc, it's very frustrating to not be able to park on the street that you live on, not to mention the rv squatters that park and appear constantly, thank you.
