TOWN OF VIEW ROYAL BYLAW NO. 1117

A BYLAW TO AMEND THE ZONING BYLAW CD-1: COMPREHENSIVE DEVELOPMENT ZONE

The Council of the Town of View Royal, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

1. This Bylaw may be cited as "Zoning Bylaw No. 900, 2014, Amendment Bylaw No. 1117, 2023”.

2. Zoning Bylaw No. 900, 2014 is hereby amended by deleting Section 13.1.1 Principle Uses in its entirety and replaced with the following:

13.1.1 Principle Uses

a) Animal Hospital b) Café c) Retail Cannabis Store d) Cold Storage Plant e) Computer Technology Sales, Service and Manufacturing f) Daycare, Large g) Electronics Manufacturing h) Financial Institution i) Food Processing (excluding the primary processing of meat, poultry and fish) j) Licensed Retail Store k) Light Manufacturing l) Medical Clinic m) Office n) Personal Service Establishment o) Pharmacy p) Recreational Facilities, Indoor q) Restaurant, Self-Service r) Restaurant, Full-Service s) Retail Sales and installation of motor vehicle, trailer and boat accessories t) Retail Sales and Rental of Goods and Services u) Scientific or Technological Research Facilities v) Warehousing and Light Assembly w) Wholesaling and Wholesale Distribution
