Hi, I have not read the 340 page document of the OCP, and doubt I will before Tuesday. I was involved in the online discussions when it was being worked on.

I just want to know, how much more of the current green space, ie trees/landscaping on properties, and any properties that may have natural greenery will be lost to development? ( For example there are approx 4 beautiful treed lots on Old Island Hwy, across from Portage Park that are for sale for development).

How high are future blocks, whether condos/apts/commercial going to go?

Going forward, View Royal just will not look the same, the low level buildings/greenery are what made the town beautiful

Just my two cents.

Would anyone from council be able to answer my questions?

Thank you
