TOWN OF VIEW ROYAL FINAL INSPECTION NOTICE
This Final Inspection Notice has been issued as per the Town's Building Bylaw No.1111 as confirmation that a final inspection was conducted for:
PERMIT NUMBER(S): 2607. INSPECTION DATE: March 31, 2023 PROPERTY ADDRESS: 315 Stewart Avenue LEGAL DESCRIPTION: LOT 7, BLOCK 6, SECTION 8 ESQUIMALT DISTRICT, PLAN 1688 PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Single Family Dwelling.
The final inspection was approved by the Building Official. This notice confirms the inspections pursuant to Building Bylaw No. 1111 have been completed and no substantive violations of health and safety requirements have been observed.
The Building Official hereby grants a Conditional Occupancy and the building may be occupied subject to the following conditions:
- All permits remain active and in good standing.
- All health and safety measures required on site remain in place.
- Any proposed changes to approved permits or site safety must be approved by the Town of View Royal PRIOR to any changes on site.
NOTE: Conditional Occupancy will be revoked if the conditions noted above are not met.
This conditional occupancy does not relieve the owner from their duty to comply with the conditions under which the final inspection notice was issued, the BC Building Code, Building Bylaw No. 1111, other permits, agreements, or Town bylaws with respect to any aspect of construction of that or any other portion of the building(s).
